I know Cane has one anyone else? I love mine tells number of steps I taken, my heart rate, how many miles that is, how many stairs climbed how many calories burned. my friend has her set up to montier her sleep, tells many times she wakes during the night. They have came down big time in price. I find the heart rate fascinating, had employee call in sick, my heart rate went from 80 to 136 in a blink of eye.

That sounds cool. I don't have one. So it tells you how many calories you burn, does it tell you how many calories you eat? and when to stop eating?

Yes. It's called electric shock therapy. When you reach for that chocolate chip cookie it sends a jolt up your arm!

Mine's the real basic model. It has a tiny little light for every 2000 steps. When all 5 are lit it buzzes and vibrates to 'celebrate' that I've hit my 10,000 step goal. It also registers 'restless' or 'awake' when in sleep mode - mostly all that's good for is to PROOVE that I'm really tired in the morning... not just lazy. LOL

I used the one given to us from my diabetes class by WSU. Found out that IT was often too tired to count my steps from time to time. So ... :idunno

I thought mine would end up in the nightstand drawer, and most days I only get 3 lights lit.
But on the days when I get that 4th one lit and the 5th one is blinking it just makes me want to look for reasons to go a little bit farther. Since I can't tell if I'm 10 steps or 1000 steps away, I keep thinking "just another trip to the barn and back..." LOL

Also, on days when I have to make a dozen trips across the yard for kinked hoses, forgotten gloves, etc - I used to get mad, now I just say "Oh well, more steps on the fitbit."
