How do you amend your soil?

New potatoes......they melt in your mouth. Have you ever dehydrated them as hash browns?

How do you amend your soil?

As I mentioned earlier, just the large amounts of shredded mulch which breaks down & is tilled into the soil.

Have you ever dehydrated them as hash browns?

I haven't done shredded potatoes, although I have done slices (for scalloped potatoes & home fries) & regular french fries.

Finished harvesting the potatoes & got them in the curing trays. It was an excellent year for them, almost too good!!! A good 70% of them are what I consider normal size & maybe 20% are the smaller 'new potato' size. The remainder definitely fall in the lunker category, LOL!!!
