One thing I really miss......I used to go to my profile and I could click on all posts or on posts I started. This helped me update old threads I started, now I can't find them without sifting through pages of threads. Nifty, does this new forum have that ability? Am I just not looking in the right place?

I asked about this on BYC, when you updated the forum over there. I miss the links to the sister sites at the bottom of the page. I enjoy all your forums and it is so easy to click on the bottom of the page to visit the other sites. Are you able to add the links on each site?

I do that too.

Okay, my first 'problem'. Not serious, but disconcerting nontheless. Is there a way to increase the number of posts that show up on a page? I had the old TEG set to 50 per page. This allows only 10 that I've seen. I know I've missed reading some new posts because I didn't realize they were on another page.

I noticed the time that it says a poster posted is wrong for my time zone. I went in to my preferences and made sure it was on Pacific time, but it's an hour off. So I went back in and put it on Mountain time thinking that maybe it wasn't adjusted for the change to Standard time. ( I know, not likely).
Am I missing something here? Not a big deal, but it sometimes startles me to think I should have gone to bed hours earlier!

I noticed that yesterday morning. There is some ratcheting around of the forums and maybe that's part of it. It could be that while changes are being made, things like the clock are out of kilter for a time.

In the "recent" box, your post here says it was done at 10:19, Thistle'. It can't be right, PST isn't 9pm, yet. On this thread, it says you wrote that at 7:19 . . ?

By the way, I have just clicked first "Members" then "Recent Activity" and there are the last 15 TEG posts. At the bottom of the page there is "Show Older Posts." this is for all the sub-forums and even has a tiny picture of Alaska Fancy tomatoes and some young lady on a tractor.

There seem to be a good number of ways to keep up with things on the new TEG forum.

Steve
edited to add: i can see all of your likes on that page, too. the 15 aren't all posts. could be, other things will show up like if you change your avatar, 'er sumthin.

Rich!

I don't have to do that.

There must have been a box that said something like "keep me signed in" and I clicked that.

Isn't there a "stay logged on" option? I must have done that, but then I never actually log off, I just close the tab and shut down my computer.

I never stay logged into any site.

All I used to do is click on the user name box and my user name was auto entered along with my password.

All the other sites I'm on that use XenForo software are like I explained!!!
