We have 6 of the 4’ led. 4 of them are full spectrum light , and 2 are clear grow lights. We do not see any difference between the two as far as plant growth. The seed starting cart has T-8 lights that work just fine for seed starting , so no change there.

It is a lot easier to sit inside if you are looking out at rain or snow. I way overdid it yesterday and am paying for it today. But it was worth it to have family over for an entire day.
