finally had a non rainy weekend gave the asparagus their annual winter haircut and was able to finish bundling up everything for the winter and put under the house.
still have a couple little choirs to be done, can procrastinate on those. looks like it's going to rain till wednesday after that going to dry out for about a week with only 2 days below freezing...

delivered or handed out the holiday kiwis to everyone down and around work today, you know that a extra large 18 count egg carton works really good to cradle them... just have a couple more to give out to my friends around here this weekend....

update 12/6/15
since today was a nice day figure would catch up on the beds a bit... the last 4 days it has been in the upper 20's a night so they have been covered, IF the weatherperson is correct it will be in the mid 30's so will leave them uncovered.... anyway pulled weeds, leaves and gumballs out of them, weed wacked the grass and raked it up...

years ago I watch a TV show on Christmas in Colonial America, the gift only the rich could afford to give was fruit. Fruit in Dec was very expensive. Some one who got oranges and lemons in their stocking where very lucky

Your vegetable garden is a beautiful thing Major.
Especially those sweet carrots!

Looks like you have some trees still showing their fall colors.
