Mom had one and liked it. But she was short. It was actually a drawer, so not bad at all.

Before starting to saw up the frig into little pieces... cut the electric power off to the refrigerator by flipping the circuit breaker switch that supplies electricity to it.

Anyone one have the freezer on bottom fridge ? If so do you like it ?

My wife prefers a side by side. A bottom freezer drawer is an accident waiting to happen... a child or someone else could open it and a child climb in and another playmate child could close the drawer and the first child has no way to get out with the worst possible outcome could occur. ( one of my wife's friends took out a turkey to bake and left the drawer open while placing the turkey onto the counter, when her 1 1/2 year old toddler daughter climbed in , then her 3 year old brother pushed the dwawer closed. The little girl started to cry and mom immediately opened the drawer and took the little girl out.)
