New Truck Disaster

not sure I know he took off all lights. The passinger door didnot shut tight they supose to have fixed that and holes on door bottom. they took out the windshield to make weilds. Fixed some other rot and primed whole truck. We will see tonight. I am getting tuck back with no lighting or windshield.

i hope they will still give those parts back to you. they are yours whether they are done or not.

What about getting all the parts put back in place and just driving it? That is, if the motor runs.....

Get it back, see how much more work it needs then make a plan. Hope there is enough done to justify finishing truck, And not have to put it on back burner.

Truck is at country house will not see it till Sat night. The weild I paid extra for was not done. Nephew said they still have some of my parts.

Why didn't he get all the parts when he was there? Now, they may be gone forever.

please tell me you got the agreement in writing this last time? if you do have to take someone to court it's better backup than saying it was verbal.

Not sure why my nephew does a lot of things. I do have a written contract problem might be person who signed it died, his brother is now running the shop.

that should still transfer over since the brother took it over & it wasn't like it was sold out from the original guy.

we're having a problem locally with a shop that was trying to fix & sell old cars & even posted them to ebay. i looked at some of those cars online so i remember the company & how ridiculous the prices were for some of the junk he tried selling (some were nicely restored by others but just for sale on his site). now the guy is bankrupt & the original owners of the cars that were put up for consignment are bugging to get the cars or their money back from him. shady business going on with that one. do you remember coming across Dusty Old Cars on ebay at anytime looking for parts?
