Get what you can~the nephew did what he could, good for him, I know how crooks can be when a person comes for their property, get what you can and be done with them.

You might, if there is any problem or before, get in touch with the local district attorney and see if he has any advice~state quickly, in as few words as you can what the go is with the truck and the shop~

When you're talking the Rat, if he is a Rat, you can let him know you've spoken to with the DA ( if you see fit) and you need the Rats last word on the truck for when you talk again to his or her office.

are the fenders there? if you go back to the guy ask for detailed list of work & take a pic with you of the before truck so you can prove it went to them with all the parts intact!

in some ways i'm hoping they are just at a different shop being fixed & just forgot that's where they went when they handed the truck back to you. hoping that the little odds & ends all make it back to you soon!
