With different alphabets who here could even come up with a spelling of a word ? try Chinese, Hebrew, Arabian, Mayan , binary or !@#$%^&*()_+ .

Out of curiosity I asked 2 realtors to come out and give an apraisal of our home that is in a state of disconstruction on the remodel of our kitchen. Both brought out comps for our area of town and both stated that ours is now worth TWICE as much as what we paid for it 3 years ago. They also said that we could expect a price war ... as an example, a house 2 blocks away sold in 1 day with 5 buyers bidding to $15,000 over asking price for the winner.

A home three doors down went on the market last Friday, but wasn't to be shown until this past Wed allowing owners to get better ready, for pro photographers, etc. Well, 3 ppl insisted on seeing it on Sat and the owners got three offers. Two from the Butte Fire victims and one from a Realtor. Can't wait to see if it was bid up.

Oh and were were shocked when it was listed for $595,000. Waay too cheap for our neighborhood.
