When one of our dogs gets bit by a copperhead, I give them benedryl and baby aspirin every 3-4 hours and Arnicare pills for the pain. Usually 2 or 3 doses and they are fine. Paris has never been bit. I've lost count of the snakes she has killed, most non poisonous.

I have to watch out for the copperheads here. They like to get up close and personal. I have found 3 or 4 so far, since we moved to the property in 2010.
I read up on copperhead. Supposedly the anti-venom is worse than the bite. :ep

My window unit, along with other devices, will work with less strength if something else is on the same breaker and straining it. But it won't simply stop it from cooling altogether.

dont you just love tracing a wire or better yet following the wire schematics.. to find out why that motor does not run ae; starts at a motor wire #233 and then it goes to a 4x4 box and changes number#631 and then goes to a terminal strip and changes numbers again #756 that goes to a auxiliary connection A1 on a contactor which then has a jumper wire jp.23.09 that ends up at input card ip03 terminal 13, which in turn comes out on output card op5 terminal 2 wire # 45 following it to another wire terminal which this time has the same number tracing that wire ends up at the proximity sensor right next to that motor that does not work..... to find out that the wire has a break in it between wire#45 and the proximity sensor and you have to replace it....

now i know all of you fully understand this!!!! hopefully i did not lose anyone in this easy problem.....:lol:

just remember lefty lossie, righty tighty, except on a motor that has left handed threads....

Lol.... I don't do schematics, They make my head hurt. I have a seasoned electrician on staff to do that, he's one of the best I've ever worked with. My biggest gripe is when they run out of every color wire but red. Opened a panel once, guy that did it must have been drunk cause every wire In the box was red, talk about a nightmare, took 2 weeks to straighten that mess out. Don't get me started on input or output cards, probably 70-80 here, and you have to knock the power off the entire plant to change one.
