Hey, wasn't I the one just saying I garden at 48° North! Oh, I'm confused alright!!

Hours I've spent! I'll type up the selections (& prices) from the various companies. Will use text boxes and small font ... That will allow me to compare.

Right now, I once again have pages of scribbled notes.

I'm practicing a new word -- annotated. Yeah, my notes are annotated :).

basil and peas remaining ... for no good reason that I can think of

:gig... Here's how NOT to do it!
Open 4 tabs, 4 different seed companies, go back and forth until your eyes hurt, then hit 'add to cart' until you think you have everything. :D ... a few weeks later, follow up with your third order from Swallowtail seeds. ... finish up at the seed rack at Fleet Farm.

What type of basil do you grow?, when you figure it out ...

I wish my craft room were as organized as my seed stash. LOL

Time is running out to get those inside chores done!
I am doing such a major makeover of my sewing room, finally removing my daughters bed (we have extra beds in another room and never use it anyway, should have done it years ago!) ... I thought about taking 'before' pics but it was SO BAD I couldn't get myself to do it.
I will be able to dance in there... :weee... or at least set up my ironing board.

Siam Queen will be the only one on a 2015 order.

For some reason, I'm looking at a Richter's catalog right now ... only need that basil and some parsley seed but, you know ... Richter has so much of a better selection of veggie seed than they once did ... let's see, 28 grams in an ounce, checking my seed count/weight. Could pad the order with something else ... shipping costs be darned!

Basil! Well, last year, and with seed still on hand: let's see ... lemon, Nufar sweet, Gecofure and Dolly Genovese, bush, and Dark Opal. Don't you love these new basil names. I wonder who thought up Nufar and Gecofure!

Interesting ... Herbal hut, Basil Gecofure , ok, now I need to try that one!
Well, I haven't ordered from Pinetree yet this year, hmm, wonder if I can find it on the racks.

I have done Siam Queen, very pretty plant even if you don't use it. I planted some in the perennial beds, not sure if it helps or not, but sometimes herbs can throw off the sniffing deer.

That is about what I did last year. I would find the same seeds cheaper and then go back and take them out of some other cart.

I do that too, but get so confused and distracted by new seed varieties
that I close them all without purchasing and try to purge my brain so I can start over.

Good news! If you don't have room to hold two grocery bags full of seeds, then plant them. That is what the seeds are there for anyway.

But...but...What if they don't grow? What if I don't like them? What if I DO like them and I forget to save seeds and I can't find any more next year? Oh, I can't plant these! They are too valuable right where they are!
