silver beet leaaf problems?

got young two month old silver beet and getting most of the leafs covered in black grayish spots that dont look good

grown silver beet before and this is my first problem

Do the leaves look like this? Mine often look like the leaf on the right.

Apparently there are several things that can cause it. This site talks some about several of them. It seems it us usually best to make sure nothing stay around to overwinter anbd keep the disease going.

Mine is usually not too bad and I eat it anyway, just avoiding the worst of the leaves.
