Marshall sure alot had to due with the family worth of over 300 million. Passing ones self off as Anastasia, would make you very rich. Another rumor is that the girls had so many diamonds hiden in their clothes, that the bullets couldn't kill them. They had to be shot in the head.

How interesting! Sure wish I had paid more attention to some of the talk about family when I was younger and parents/grandparents sharper. Thankfully my 1st cousin on Dad's side has done an extensive family geneology . And MIL has her family traced back to England many generations.
So how did I come to live in Long Grove for 33 years? I was raised in the house my parents built in Eldridge, IA a few years before my birth. The home Dad still lives in. Dad's Grandfather was the towns 1st Mayor. Great Grandpa was 1st generation born in the states after coming from Germany. German was the language spoke at home when Grandpa was a boy. Granpa and then Dad where rural mail carries.
Mom's family came mostly from England. Not sure when. Grandpa was born in South Dakota and ended up back in McCausland, IA in his youth. When he married they moved to Davenport where he was a City Mail Carrier.
My husband grew up in Blue Grass. The home my son bought from his Grandparents.
We lived in an apartment in Davenport he 1st ear of marriage, then rented a duplex (upstairs of a farm house for 2 years.)When we wanted to start a family and buy a home. We decided to move to Long Grove (small town IA) We have been here ever since.

I would begin general, with a search beginning at, european history, or history of europe. Have a good sized notepad to write the linked site url 's down.

Perhaps from there Russian History, or history of russia. from there are some major events to link to.

Remember, Russian history is closely linked to German and french histories. Queen Victoria was mother and grandmother to a lot of kings and queens!

All that I know is pretty much all that I have typed in this thread. Except for this comes from Ma's side. I think that it is probably something Great Grandma Mary told her, she's been gone since before I was born.

If that is true, Marshallsmyth, then I own the land you use. According to family 'rumor', the family owns the land under the Church of England building in London. Of course the 100 year lease has long run out and I didn't get any monetary tidbit from a new lease. I'll have to ask my distant cousin, Sir Paul, about it.

I don't trust anybody but myself with my DNA. You never know what they'll decide to do with it. I might end up having a few clones serving as reinforcements in the military or something like that!

New childrens movie! "Major" a story of a catfish that ends up 2,654 miles from his home pond and in a distant lake! You could make it along the same line as Nemo. Who knows? It could be the next big movie!
