Marshall sure alot had to due with the family worth of over 300 million. Passing ones self off as Anastasia, would make you very rich. Another rumor is that the girls had so many diamonds hiden in their clothes, that the bullets couldn't kill them. They had to be shot in the head.
Yikes!:th
there is not enough storage space on any server for me to tell you how i ended up 2654 miles from home..
hum.... i could have a movie made from it.
Using my Google Maps ruler, I deduced that you are either from British Columbia or from Guyana. Yukon Territory? Peru?

Born & raised within 50 or so miles of where I am now. I'm 5th generation or so from the Mitten state on Dad's side. Mom was from NJ. She's not one to talk about her history other than she comes from a long line of McGillicuddy which explains a lot.

5ft even (she claims 5ft but that's up for debate so long as she's out of earshot) of STRONG Irish spirit. Take no prisoners I'll do it myself so best to just get outta the way Irish-tude. Grandpa grew up a poor Irish in NYC & later moved out yo NJ to get away from trouble. My Mom still remembers being at her Uncle's funeral that was also attended by the FBI he was a "union guy" who worked for the sanitation dept & drove a Cadillac (you do the math) and after the funeral asked to help identify some people for the FBI. She says she she didn't know the people in question & they left her alone after that. But the odd part were the number of VERY well dressed Italians who attended the funeral of an Irish union sanitation worker. :ep

On Dad's side we go back to the Cunningham clan of Scots who helped hide the rightful King from the English so as part of the crest it reads Over Fork Over as the heir was hidden in bales of hay & straw while the country side was scoured.

We also have a beautiful Tartan to go along with that too.

That's the long & short of it. We also get to claim All American and Hall of Fame inductee Sammy Baugh in our family tree too. Nothing to sneeze at there.

Yuk, Yuk! I resemble that remark, digitS! Big feet RUN in my family. My ancestors came from Patagonia, "Land of the Big Feet". I have a BIG understanding. Add to those truths, my maiden name contains the word "shoe". One might think I'd have a hard time falling, uh?

Goes way back to my youth. Uncle Doug had size 14 feet. All the younger cousins admired what he told us was a special advantage in life. We had a contest to see who could grow big feet like Uncle Doug. (Sigh) I won! At least I stopped at women's size 13 rather than going all the way to men's 14.

Now my 12 year old Maverick can wear Grandpa's shoes and my 11 year old Gypsy is almost outgrowing her mother's shoes. They got their poor teeth from Grandpa and their big feet from . . . er. . . um. . . my side of the family.
