Grass clippings could be the next new superfood if it gets enough publicity.
Nauh, no $$$ in it. Unless maybe you could make money on grass clippings from certain soils grown under specific environment making those grass clippings "special".

Whaaat? If kale is going out of style then there's no place for it in my garden!
What if the garden fashion police cruise by?
Get outta here you outdated veggie!

Mary please tell us the newest replacement as soon as you hear, we'll need to start seeds as soon as possible.

As all of you know... I tried the grass thing a couple years ago when I took the grass clippings from several neighbors and covered the earth with up to 6" thick with them. The grass clippings became food for the worms who then partied to the max and had a population explosion until the moles found their offspring . I then had more moles and their hills than what I knew what to do with. Enter the Robin throngs and gorged themselves and their baby Robins until the worm nearly became extinct which caused a local extinction or migration of the mole population. Yea, grass clippings are a super food ... I can attest to that !!!
