I rototilled a section of the big veggie garden in the snow this afternoon !

Managed to finish quite a bit of it . . . it did help that the neighbor took pity on me and came over with his big Troy Bilt tiller and did a part of it .

And . . . at 5pm . . . :/ . . . it's snowing again.

That must have been fun, it is snowing here also. This is starting to get old already.

Weird day huh Steve? Went out and scraped an inch of snow off the truck this morning, the ground was totally white, then drove into town to see that there was no snow there. But I didn't feel slighted for long when it began snowing, hailing, shining, snowing etcetera...in town. I accompanied DH to some medical tests, transferring todays jobs into a long day tomorrow and figuring when we got home I could get a few things done in my own garden. Well, the tests took a lot longer than expected and we got home too late for me to want to drag tools out and work in the snowing again weather.

I am getting so behind... sigh...

I am so ready for spring!!! Didn't it come already????

I got the cabbage, broccoli and kale out in my special "sweet spot" in the yard for their first day hardening off.

Then, I had to leave . . . but, I could see the sky getting darker and darker . . . Panic! I moved them up on the deck where there was a roof over their heads. Then I left.

They didn't get much sun but fresh air must count for something. . . really, really fresh air!

Maybe we are just moving to three seasons instead of four. I hope summer turns out better spring has so far!
