It looks like we will be turning a corner into spring soon. One more bone chilling night and cold day, then a nice upward turn into the weekend with the possibility a 50 degree day next week. Yahoo!

80* today, 27* tonight. Hard thunderstorms that will turn to ice and sleet. How do northerners put up with this crap all winter? It's just a few weeks and I need to eat a case of vitamin D.

@baymule , I thought about you while working in the garden yesterday ;).

I'm digging out the beds in the backyard and there is snow in one of the beds. I was just working in the 2 that have sunshine all day. The little bit of snow we had melted there.

I thought of a National Geographic photo I once saw of a Russian lady out burying snow in her garden. She had lots of it! "Poor Man's Fertilizer."

This winter, I wish we had more snow but, anyway, I wondered what you might think of someone cultivating their garden and burying snow ...

That was a treat last night able to sleep with bedroom window open.could Hear the frogs croaking very peaceful shame it's going to be 17 tonight
