do you have a really slow connection? or what kind of device are you using? it might be dependent upon your browser or some other setting which may be blocking what is supposed to happen.

i use Mozilla Firefox on a PC desktop running Linux (which is not very usual as this isn't windows) - pretty much as up to date as it almost gets.

oh, and try to do it in the middle of your screen and not right at the bottom (the list of suggested names might be off the bottom of your screen if you are using a small device and you are at the bottom of the screen).

Yea, That's what I been doing.
I only use edit and reply.
I just simply don't know how to use quote or tag. Guess I will stay ok with that. Technology is getting too complicated.

I agree with you keeping the subject within the original thread rather than creating another post, and have done that before. just wasn't sure if that was the correct way or not. Now I know, minimize thread to a pacific topic, reply with updates.

You do realize that there is a "Write your reply" textbox at the bottom of the page in each thread ... right?

You do not need to quote another post to reply.

I have four different browsers to use. But to many boxes of info to respond to, and several repeated messages. This platform has to many boxes for me. Don't know which one to reply to.
