What are your favorite perennial flowers?

Cimicifuga …hands down. The sweet fragrance can call everyone to look for the flower perfuming the garden.
A lovely soft scent.

@ducks4you I usually have to pull my begonias from the pot in late fall then separate the plant from the tuber. Let the tuber dry then store in wood shavings in a dark cool area until spring.

Yes that’s the whole magic of this plant. The fragrance is so alluring that guests will be searching thru your garden just to see the plant that sends a calling card to all who appreciate the sweet soft scent.

Thanks for the advice. Right Now, tuberous begonias are on my list of "bad boyfriends."
(For others, "bad girlfriends.")

That is our family name for "things that disappoint us."
DD's have a short list of Anime Conventions that are on Their bad boyfriend list, like A.C.E.N.

They would come back from this convention Year and Year after Year and complain, complain, complain.
