BJ you still have living tomato plants??? Mine died early this year. Mummified, desiccated, dead, brown.........you get the picture. I couldn't water them into living. What did I do in the garden today? Nothing.

After I got back from the eye doctor I picked beans. I also put beans from the final dry plates into their coffee can storage.

yesterday picked the last of the pickling cucumbers come back in with 8 gallons worth, dw is brining 2 gallons and 1 gallon of fermented type dills she saw a alton brown show on them..and went out this morning and pulled up the vines.

between rain storms went out to the raised beds and picked carrots, yellow beans, trimmed the parsley and pinched the tops off the brussel sprouts.

while out there sat down on a bucket and started to figure out how many more raised beds will be built this fall/spring looks like 6 more of different sizes.
the dw come out and asked why i was sitting on a bucket told her i was working on a bucket list
since we were out there told her what was going to be planted this fall.
beets
radishes
carrots
lettuce
spinach

dw said the raised bed corn is doing so much better than what was planted before

and the corn in the main garden as looking good as well.

the pole beans starting to flower.
