So do we know what's in Arnicare? Probably the herb (?) arnica montana, but maybe something else too? Especially the tablets...
I second the suggestion to Steve to try acupuncture. And using the pressure points yourself. @Larisa, where is the pressure point for tinnitus?
Steve, your feet being cold all the time, and losing feeling in them kind of sounds like neuropathy. Or/and poor blood circulation.
Our 82 year old yoga/Tai-chi teacher has a lot of balance exercises in her repertoire. And ankle-strengthening exercises. I think they help, as my balance is much better now than 3 years ago.

Points eliminating tinnitus.
Both points 1 at the beginning of the eyebrow massage the middle fingers of both hands (without the use of strong physical effort).
Then proceed to the point below the nose 3, produce acupressure (pressing the pad of the middle finger). Strong, 1 time.
Then massaging both points 2, located in front of the tragus of the ear.

The points in the occipital region, eliminating tinnitus and dizziness
(Meniere's syndrome).

One unpaired point 1, the two paired points 2, 3.
Massage is carried out (according to the specified numerical order)
thumbs of both hands. We press with average force, performing a circular motion. Approximately 1 minute, 3 times a day.
