The wind is picking up again here my cat and dog were terrified too go out for their toilet. The sky is an awful grey.

It said on the forecast last night this weather would pass by this afternoon but I'm not so sure

no rains or ice forecast here for today, tonight it starts back up, no significant ice is supposed to happen, but that is not known until it happens as far as i'm concerned. rain tomorrow and a high of 46F, hmm. all this rain we've had would normally be snow this time of the year. sure it's nice to not have the heat running, but the ground is bare now and pretty soggy. not sure how much rain will soak in as it might still be frozen ground underneath.

back to cold later in the week and chance of snow. would rather have snow than rain for the next 6 weeks.

The wind keeps on coming on then calms before coming back.

A small tree has broken not far from my home I'm not walking any further to see what other damage there may be

Last night's rain was a snow eater, so it looks like Spring and rainy. Fortunately, the rain is about to pull out before we drop below freezing. Windy, 20-30 mph, so I hope that the streets dry out. I have a property closing scheduled early tomorrow morning in town, 25 miles NW of where I live, and I don't want to cancel.
I am about to kick the ponies out in the mud and slop, but they Need fresh air and sunshine, as often as possible. I will clean stalls this afternoon and put them back in until maybe Sunday.

Good Morning. 🧦🧦 2 pairs 😊. 9°f (-13C) . At the airport they say a -8°f (-22° C) wind chill.

There were 35mph wind gusts as the warmer air blew away.

I'll guess, 4" of snow. It blew around so much that shoveling the sidewalk didn't keep it very clear. Luckily, the kids had yesterday off from school.

they've cancelled some days of school recently because the schools have extra snow days they didn't use so they're just telling the teachers and kids to stay at home. *shrug* it beats me...
