Picking up about another 1/2" of rain over the last 12 hours.

So, that should be about 1 1/2 inch of rain from this storm and "much-needed" - as best as I can understand. The snow is mostly staying in place at higher elevations although it is melting some. Some rivers are close to flooding but may not. Snow pack is less than 80% of normal but the readings are a little high farther into the mountains and further north. The story is very different and Worse.

Looks like the storm is passing and it will be sunny and cooling through the week.

We've had our first dose of Spring weather today; rain off-and-on, with several rounds of lightning & small hail. Very heavy rainfall at times, my sub pumps - off since December - are both running. The snow has nearly all melted, and the culvert in front of my home is running high (but not over-flowing). It looks like the front is passing through now with some very heavy rain, but the brunt of the storm's activity will pass just South of me. :fl

We were told it was going to be cold and sunny. They were correct about it being cold the forecast is saying 6c, I beg to differ.

It's overcast grey but at least it's not raining, for now

We were supposed to get about 1" of snow overnight; but the storm parked itself overhead much longer than anticipated, and just wrapped up an hour ago. Maybe the storm was waiting around for Aaron Rogers to make a decision for his future in Green Bay... but then had pity on us, and only gave us 3-4".
