That misting thing is a mystery around here too. Just be sure you’re not standing under a tree infested with aphids. That misting could be aphid pee. Yeap had a luncheon under a linden tree blooming , fragrance was like honeysuckle, and the mist was just under the tree…nowhere else… it was full of aphids…excreting the mist.🥴

Yuck.

No, the Weather Service counted it as 2/100 of an inch of rain.

With dust in the air every day, we don't have sprinkles even. It settles mud drops on exposed surfaces.

digitS', noticing that the larger, national WS is saying that we Northwesterners are having below normal temperatures. Nope. Highs here are about 5°F above normal and the low this AM was too. Guess they should think of this as something other than the NW even if we are less than 300 miles from salt water.

Rain this morning. Saw it on radar, sat and drank coffee too long, me and Eva went out to put away my riding and push mowers, just started raining as I drove my God mower and dragged the push mower into the carriage house,
Then the heavens let loose and it poured. Eva said, "we should go in". I said no, we'll wait. Then she said, "No, we Really should go in!"
So, I got wet. No the sun is out drying everything out. 90 degrees F for today's high. The heat breaks here on Sunday.
