A friend of mine created a sodium free, nitrogen derived seasoning compound called "N-salt". It works fine for most things EXCEPT when used in Ethiopian flatbread; it causes severe anger issues.

Guess it's true it is never a good idea to add N-salt to injera.
I’m going to be honest and admit this took me entirely too long to figure out:gig

I always hated that expression. As a smart-aleck, I felt obliged to point out that there may not be an "I", but there is a "me" .

It's a matter of perspective:
I look around and see "team"
Management looks around and sees "meat",
Management yells "at me" ;)
