No tract, no howdy-doo, no union.
We may imagine that karma or destiny will right wrongs. Perhaps so.
It generally takes more power than small people have against incorporated companies. Too often, a lack of consideration, an impetuous and crude ego in management are what our economy rewards.
My two sudden terminations of employment (quitting) seem so petty looking back on them. They were sudden temper tantrums that likely hurt no one but myself. One, quitting after a week of no morning breaks when we felt so bold as to determine to take one, ourselves. Then being told to "get back to work." The other, denied a lunch break because the boss decided that the timing of one was a management decision. Such small things and, as I say, probably doing no damage except to myself.
Is there a chance that your son can team up with others in some kind of gainful activity, so lucky?
