I love cabbage, broccoli, and bok choys, so that's very encouraging. Aside from the recipe here, are there other ways to use them?
we are trying turnips for the first time this year. Hope they are tasty.
if you like cabbage, brocolli, etc. they are a mild cabbage flavor (to me).
I'm getting the idea that FlowerBug likes stronger flavored foods. Maybe that goes with all the garlic, yes?they are a mild cabbage flavor (to me).
I'm having mustard greens (Brassica juncea ) with noodles for dinner. These are especially tender and mild because they were grown in the hoop house.are there other ways to use them?

I grew turnips last year. I'm sorry to say I'm not a fan. I'm sure it's because I have defective taste buds though, so y'all just keep the turnip party going...
oh and I must add that I don't find them anything like cabbage or broccoli or other brassicas.
i've had some people say it has a distinct metallic off taste to them, but i don't get that from them. but then again, i like cilantro even if it tastes soapy.
Oh my, this should be an interesting experiment. I can't stand cilantro. It tastes like the smell of the garbage dump to me. Powerfully metallic and with a rotten undertone that makes me sure that my taste buds are different or else no one would eat it.
