@majorcatfish Photo of you In the Tyvek reminds me of what we look like after a tube cleaning before Boiler inspection Lol. Have on every other month here.

You electrical rooms are a lot cleaner than mine, They tried to cram as much as they could In these panels, makes for real tight working conditions.

@Lickbranchfarm our first chamber fire was the worst every tire burnt to a crisp. Nobody explained to me how to clean out the chamber, so after 4’suit a box of respirators and 4 hours it was clean. And 2 days to repIace everything. had suit in every part of me, was the new definition of blacker than tar.....

Guess you use oil for the boiler. Ours runs on natural gas tubes get brushed out every other year.
You have to love that yearly internal inspection ..grrr
The external is due in 2 weeks..
Yes the rooms are clean as for the equipment that’s different they stuffed the wire runs full, a real witch to trace wires..

We run natural gas but incinerate Non-condensable gases so it soot's the tubes pretty good. We do run heavy oil (#6) in the winter, its a major pain in the butt. We brush ours Once a month. Currently Running 3 - 800 horsepower Cleaver water tubes, and 1-1250 horsepower Johnston water tube. Have 2 more 800 H.P. Cleavers on Trailers in case I need a little more Juice Lol.

Yep I can generate 135,000 lbs. of steam in an hour, and the plant can use every drop of it at full capacity.
