There has been a delay in getting the case to court. Sigh! The Judge moved the date back to June 18th because his daughter is having surgery today. He and his wife are flying out to be with her. I totally understand the Judge's action -- would have done the same -- but I really wish we were settling something today and tomorrow instead of continuing in Limbo for another few weeks. Thanks, @AMKuska!

Prayers said for your situation there, Red. What a horrible thing to go through at this time in your life. As evil waxes worse in these days, more things like this seem to be happening to good folks. I have turned your legal battle over to the Lord and expect good things to happen there. :thumbsup

Thank you so much, @seedcorn, for the kind offer but things is only things and while I expect to be pleased with the results, sending the enforcer would put too much importance on the land.

God is good, spouse is good, life is good. The rest doesn't matter in the end. What's 15 feet compared to more good days with DH?

I love your attitude. Life would be really GREAT if Everyone had that philosophy! :)

Well, when all this started with the neighbors and the land there were no problems with DH. If the dispute started today, I just might let them have the land. With DH and his problems, we have too much to work through and too little time left to be together. The added stress and work involved in proving the land is ours just would not be worth it to us as a couple.

If I don't hold this time precious and take advantage of what we do have, I'll end up with lots of regrets and precious few memories of time spent with my beloved during the time we have left.
