I am so proud of how you're doing! You are an inspiration.

Your scale is a lot closer to accurate than mine is. I'm lucky to get a reading to the nearest half pound.
I only weigh once a week at a Weight Watchers meeting. I do NOT own a scale. ;)

Take it off slowly and it will stay off. Those TV shows, Biggest Loser and a few more, they take it off fast, work out ALL DAY and get their meals prepared for them. There is no way to sustain that in REAL life. Carol, you are a REAL LIFE HERO!!

I clumm on those bathroom scales, yesterday.

I've lost 3.0 pounds!

Okay ... :) ... that's three point zero. I think it might be good enuf for the middle of May. I usually get pretty frustrated for losing nothing or, like, 1# through the spring ... it's probably something I should thank Rogue the Rototiller for. It was a struggle!

Steve :)

My husband was diagnosed with diabetes about 6 weeks ago. He has upped his exercise and we've tweaked our eating habits and he's now down 20. I'm down 9.
Feeling really great too. :)

Wow Carol, that is great! Not only does losing weight make you look better in your eyes but more importantly makes you feel great and gives you the ability to do things that you haven't in the past.

Steve, I think it's those laps you're doing around the house! ;)

Thistle, I need to get to that place where I say enough is enough and I'm going to stick with it. Sadly, I don't think I'm even close to getting there. Maybe you can lose the weight for me?

Mary
